They begin with the best: high-quality coffee beans sourced directly from trusted growers, selected for their origin, roast profile, and ability to deliver rich, consistent flavor. Then, using our patented, purified water extraction process, they get to work capturing flavor at its most concentrated—without relying on secondary passes, added heat, or unnecessary processing steps. The result? Smooth, bold, and ultra-clean extracts that preserve the nuanced notes and full character of the original coffee bean. From there, our team formulates proprietary and custom beverages tailored to meet the needs of fast-moving brands and forward-thinking foodservice operators alike—from global giants to emerging innovators. We have more than 300,000 square feet of production capacity—65,000 square feet at our headquarters in Vista, CA, and 240,000 square feet at our facility in Indianapolis, IN. And all that capacity is Safe Quality Foods (SQF), QAI organic, and kosher-certified. With room to grow and the certifications to back it up, we’re built to scale your next big idea. Bill Hayes is the Director of Tea Creation & Applications-Quality, bringing over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry with a strong focus on CPG and B2B ingredients and flavors. His expertise spans product development, technical service, and leadership across Applications, Creation, Innovation, and R&D teams. Bill currently leads the Tea Creation & Application team, working closely with both manufacturing and foodservice customers to develop and scale impactful tea and beverage solutions. Known for his collaborative approach and deep understanding of tea science and sensory development, Bill plays a key role in driving category growth.
