San Diego - February 8, 2006 - Javo Beverage Company, Inc. (OTCBB: JAVO), a leader in coffee and tea flavoring, announced today that has partnered with Caribou Coffee® (NASDAQ:CBOU) to turn its quality roasted beans into the sumptuous coffee flavoring being used for a new Caribou Coffee branded ice cream product line from Kemps dairy. Caribou Coffee along with Kemps LLC, a division of H.P. Hood, LLC and a leading provider of branded dairy and ice cream products, turned to Javo because of the company's reputation for an extraction technology that creates outstanding coffee and tea flavors without the bitterness and harshness of other brewing processes. Caribou Coffee ice cream will be available in grocery stores as soon as February of this year in seven states.

"Javo is delighted to be part of the Caribou Kemps partnership," says Gary Lillian, president of Javo Beverage. "Both companies have outstanding reputations in the food business, and we are thrilled that they have choosen Javo to be part of this new venture."

"In addition to more flavor, color and improved overall taste, Javo's Caribou coffee concentrate brings improved consistency and delicious flavor to coffee ice cream," says Rich Nohner, director of research and development for Kemps. He adds, "We are confident that Caribou coffee will become one of our most sought after products as coffee ice cream continues to be one of America's favorite flavors."
