Please note that on January 24, 2011, Javo Beverage Company filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. On April 28, 2011, the Company's amended plan of reorganization was confirmed and on May 13, 2011, the Company's plan became effective and the Company exited bankruptcy. As part of the reorganization, Javo transitioned from a publicly traded company to a privately held company.
